Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Advanced Turf Services provides professional lawn care, landscaping, artificial turf installation, and fencing services to residential and commercial properties in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Select Edmond landscaping projects may be considered based on project scope and scheduling availability.

Service Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during service
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
• Estimates do not constitute a contract until formally accepted by both parties

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept credit cards, ACH, checks, and cash
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Service schedules are weather-dependent and may be adjusted as needed
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Recurring services may be paused or cancelled with 7 days notice
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of schedule changes

Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant Advanced Turf Services and its employees access to your property for the purpose of providing lawn care and landscaping services. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe access to all service areas
• Securing pets during scheduled service times
• Removing obstacles or fragile items from service areas
• Informing us of any property hazards

Liability and Warranties

• We carry $2 million in general liability coverage; fertilizer services are provided under Oklahoma Fertilizer License 4143606269
• We address workmanship concerns according to the written estimate or service agreement for the project
• We are not liable for damage to unmarked sprinkler systems, buried utilities, or hidden obstacles
• Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Advanced Turf Services and is protected by copyright laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
